BK Gulf FM’s Total Facilities Management (TFM) services are operated through technology-driven processes using a single advanced CAFM System. It is an integral element of the FM services and BK Gulf FM manages all maintenance activities from the system, enabling up to date issue tracking, reporting and SLA management.
The strategy for the delivery of the BK Gulf FM Help Desk function continues on our central theme of cross training and multi-functionality as the Help Desk is supported by BK Gulf FM Site Operations staff as and when required. The quality of this service is paramount to our overall success in the delivery of FM services to all our customers and/or projects. The Help Desk service provides a single point of contact for queries relating to the facilities and services. This can be optionally provided on-site or off-site depending on the client requirements or our recommendation.
To ensure that the jobs at site are completed efficiently and effectively, our ground staff are equipped with mobility devices enabling them to access information, send notifications, locate assets, schedule and complete tasks, to name a few. Through this, we reap the rewards by saving time and money as well as enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
